Job summary

Master Group in Lahore seeks a seasoned Quality & Lean Transformation leader to develop and maintain quality management systems, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement across production processes.

You will mentor staff, train teams on lean methods (Six Sigma, Kaizen), analyze data, and report KPIs to management while collaborating with production, engineering and supply chain to sustain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Quality Management is required.
• 7–8 years of experience in quality assurance and lean transformation in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles (Six Sigma, Kaizen).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes, materials and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify and resolve quality issues, coordinating with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
• Lead lean transformation initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Conduct value stream mapping and process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate lean workshops and training sessions for employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean tools and methodologies.
• Analyze quality and production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, lean initiatives, and overall plant performance to management.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to quality and lean transformation.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to promote quality awareness and lean principles.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages input and feedback from team members.

Qualification

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or a related field

Experience

• 7 to 8 years’ of experience in quality assurance and lean transformation in manufacturing
