Job summary

Master Group is seeking a Quality & Lean Transformation specialist to implement quality specifications, sustain the RMS, and support the QA team in promoting quality assurance culture and lean thinking. The role includes executing Lean activities on the floor (5S, Kaizen, Kanban) and coordinating weekly QA/QC audits with various departments.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in QA/Lean field.
• Experience supporting QA team and audits.
• Familiar with Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality specifications on the production floor.
• Sustain Record Management System (RMS) for quality data.
• Support the QA team to promote quality assurance culture and lean thinking.
• Execute Lean activities on the floor (5S, Kaizen, Kanban).
• Prepare and conduct weekly QA and QC audits and meetings with department representatives for improvements.
• Rebonding plant process evaluation and testing interrelated sections.
• Calculate wastage details and verify interrelated sections.
• Implement and execute QA auditing procedures to attain sustainability.
• Monitor production data outcomes for improvement.
