Job summary

Indus Hospital is seeking a Manager – Products & Projects in Communications & Resource Development. This role leads the development of fundraising products, proposals, pitch decks, and donor documentation to support corporate and retail fundraising efforts.

Job Description

The Manager – Products & Projects is a management-level position responsible for developing and managing fundraising products, proposals, pitch decks, donor documentation, and project-related content to support the Corporate & Retail Fundraising teams. The position will work closely with Clinical Operations, Supply Chain Management, Finance/Billing, and other relevant departments to gather accurate programmatic, operational, costing, and utilization information required for the development of OPEX and CAPEX fundraising products and donor reporting. The role will also be responsible for proposal development, grant writing, project documentation, donor reporting, and coordination of assigned projects to support the organization's resource development objectives.
