Oxiliry is seeking a Manager – People Systems & Services to manage day-to-day People & Culture operations, support HR technology, and drive process improvements.   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/BA or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR operations or shared services.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS administration and HR technology.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data management.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, compliance and controls.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and improve HR SOPs and workflows.
  • Support HR systems including HRIS, payroll, performance tools, and portals.
  • Assist with HR technology implementation, upgrades, and new functionalities.
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors on HR system requirements and improvements.
  • Support compensation and benefits programs, salary reviews, bonuses, increments.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports on headcount, turnover, compensation, movements.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends for workforce planning.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.

Job Purpose

The Manager – People Systems & Services will manage and strengthen day-to-day People & Culture operations, support HR technology and process improvements, and contribute to rewards and compensation initiatives. The role is responsible for efficient HR service delivery, accurate employee data, policy compliance, and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems while supporting an effective employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, documentation, employee movements, and offboarding.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve HR SOPs and operational workflows.
  • Manage and support HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, performance management tools, and employee portals.
  • Support HR technology implementation, system enhancements, automation initiatives, upgrades, testing, and new functionalities.
  • Coordinate with IT and external vendors regarding HR system requirements, integrations, issues, and improvements.
  • Support compensation and benefits programs, including annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, increments, and incentives.
  • Conduct compensation bench-marking and salary analysis.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, turnover, compensation, employee movements, and other key HR metrics.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable labor requirements, and internal controls.
  • Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and support internal and external HR audits.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
  • Support managers and employees in resolving HR operational matters and improving HR service delivery and employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or a similar People & Culture function.
  • Hands‑on experience with HRIS administration and HR technology.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.
  • Experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data management.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, and operational controls.
Preferred Experience

Experience in compensation and benefits administration, HR technology implementation, automation or digital transformation, compensation bench marking, and working within a large organization, BPO, or shared-services environment will be preferred.

Required Skills

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and strong execution and follow-through.
