Job summary

The Manager HR Operations at Ziauddinhospital leads the end-to-end HR operations for the North Nazimabad Campus, ensuring efficient processes, compliance with labor laws, and accurate employee records. You will oversee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, retirements, and exit formalities while coordinating payroll and HR systems.

Partner with campus leadership to deliver high-quality HR services and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• MBA/Masters or Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
• Minimum 5-6 years of progressive HR experience.
• Professional HR certifications (CHRP, SHRM-CP, PHRi, CIPD, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR operational activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, retirements, and exit formalities.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.
• Serve as the primary HR liaison with regulatory and licensing authorities (e.g., Pakistan Nursing Council, PMDC).
• Address employee queries related to HR operations, policies, attendance, and benefits.
• Ensure effective utilization of HRMS and maintain accurate employee data.
• Supervise and mentor HR Operations team members.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes.

The role ensures efficient execution of HR processes, compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, employee lifecycle management, HR systems, employee records, payroll coordination, and continuous process improvement. The incumbent will partner with departmental leadership to deliver high-quality HR services that support organizational objectives while enhancing employee experience.
