FMCL, an ISO-Certified company, seeks a Manager Electrical to lead engineers and technicians in power generation, distribution and BMS/elevator systems for high-rise buildings. The role requires a BE Electrical with 8+ years of relevant experience and 3+ years in a similar position.

The candidate should be a Pakistani citizen up to 45 years old, with strong supervision skills and a track record of delivering quality operation and maintenance services.

Qualifications

• BE Electrical with 8+ years in power generation, distribution, BMS and elevators in high-rise buildings.
• Leadership experience guiding engineers and technicians to uphold high quality standards.
• Citizen of Pakistan; age up to 45; eligible for posting at PMDC/Balochistan sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical department and oversee maintenance, safety and reliability.
• Coordinate ELV, MEP projects and high-rise building systems.
• Manage budgets, teams and multi-site service delivery with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate must be a Graduate Electrical Engineer with at least 8 years of experience in power generation, distribution network, BMS & Elevators in high rise buildings. At least 3 years', experience in similar position will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification and Experience:

• (a) B.E. (Electrical) from a reputed University of Pakistan or abroad. Preference will be given to Candidate with Master's degree in Electrical fields.
• (b) Citizenship: Pakistani Citizen only
• (c) Age Limit: Up to 45 years for candidates fulfilling the aforementioned experience requirements, relaxable in case of exceptional related experience. A competitive salary, including fringe benefits, will be offered.
