Job summary

ICAP is seeking a Manager level professional to support education schemes, curricula, and related initiatives. The role includes developing study materials, coordinating with subject experts, and leading education-related initiatives assigned by the supervisor.

The candidate should have a Chartered Accountant qualification (ICAP member) or a Master’s degree with significant experience in education management, curriculum development, and policy formulation.

Qualifications

• CA/ICAP member with post-qualification experience (1 year) or Master’s degree with 5+ years in related field.
• Strong understanding of professional education frameworks and curricular/program management.
• Excellent analytical, research, communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Specifications

• A Chartered Accountant (ICAP member) preferably with 01 year of post-qualification experience OR a Master’s degree-holder in Business Administration, Management, Education, or any related discipline from an HEC-recognized University/Institute with at least 05 years of relevant working experience.


• Strong understanding of professional education frameworks with experience in curriculum development, academic program management, and policy formulation.


• Excellent analytical, research, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
