Job summary

Al Baraka Group in Karachi, Pakistan seeks a dedicated professional to lead Supply Chain Finance initiatives, onboarding anchors, distributors, suppliers, and dealers to expand the portfolio and drive product utilization. The role also targets digitizing journeys and automating workflows within SCF platforms.

You'll coordinate with credit risk, compliance, legal and audit teams, monitor portfolio performance, ensure AML/KYC compliance, and prepare dashboards and reports to support management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to expand the Supply Chain Finance portfolio by onboarding anchors, distributors, suppliers and dealers, and drive utilization of SCF products.
• Support implementation and enhancement of digital SCF platforms, automate workflows, and digitize customer journeys and documentation processes.
• Build strong relationships with anchors and ecosystem participants, conduct client meetings, product presentations, and training sessions, and ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate with Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal and Audit teams to manage approvals, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure adherence to credit terms, AML/KYC, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare business proposals, portfolio performance reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making and track growth targets
