Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in workflow development and inter-departmental coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and process documentation.
• Analytical thinking and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication, follow-up and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• 1. Inter-Departmental Integration: Develop and document workflows between departments to ensure smooth coordination, clear handovers, and efficient execution of activities.
• 2. Departmental Mandates: Define and document the scope, roles, responsibilities, and key deliverables of each department to ensure clarity and avoid duplication or gaps.
• 3. Process Alignment: Identify dependencies between departments and establish clear responsibilities, timelines, and accountability at each stage of the workflow.
• 4. Periodic Reviews: Conduct periodic reviews of departmental workflows and coordination mechanisms to identify bottlenecks, gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• 5. Process Improvement: Recommend and facilitate improvements to strengthen cross-functional coordination, operational efficiency, and accountability.
• 6. Implementation & Follow-up: Coordinate with relevant department heads to implement agreed improvements and monitor progress against action plans.
• 7. Operational Support: Assist the concerned Department Head with day-to-day operational coordination, follow-ups, documentation, and assigned tasks.
• 8. Reporting: Prepare periodic progress reports highlighting identified issues, agreed actions, pending matters, and improvement initiatives.
