Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking a Core Banking Functional Lead/Manager with strong FCUBS expertise to drive implementation, upgrades and transformation initiatives.

You will lead functional analyses, requirements gathering, and liaison with business users, vendors, and technology teams to ensure successful rollouts and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Engineer / Postgraduate with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on FCUBS implementation and product configuration experience.
• Experience with FCUBS versions 11.x–14.x.
• Mandatory experience as FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant / BA / Core Banking professional.
• Strong understanding of Core Banking, SDLC and banking operations.
• Knowledge of GL, Loans, Teller Operations, Payments, Trade Finance and channels.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis and gather business requirements for Core Banking implementations.
• Manage FLEXCUBE implementation activities including scope, gap analysis, testing, UAT, and rollout.
• Engage with business users, product owners, tech teams, operations and vendors to document requirements.
• Review and prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, SRS, and Test Plans.
• Analyze gaps and change impacts; recommend practical solutions.
• Lead issue triaging and resolution coordination with development and functional teams.
• Support FLEXCUBE upgrades and Digital Core Transformation initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery within defined scope, timelines, SLAs and quality standards.

We are looking for a Core Banking Functional Lead/Manager with strong hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) to lead functional aspects of core banking implementation, transformation, upgrade, and support initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis and business requirements for Core Banking implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Manage FLEXCUBE implementation activities, including scope study, gap analysis, product parameterization, testing, UAT issue triaging, business simulation, and production rollout.
• Engage with business users, product owners, technology teams, operations, and vendors to gather and document requirements.
• Review and prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, SRS, and Test Plans.
• Analyze functional gaps and change impacts and recommend practical solutions.
• Lead issue triaging, root-cause analysis, and resolution coordination with development and functional teams.
• Support FLEXCUBE upgrades and Digital Core Transformation initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery within defined scope, timelines, SLAs, and quality standards.

Requirements
