Enrichers Private Limited invites a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to accelerate growth in its financial services arm in Pakistan. You will implement lead generation strategies, deliver compelling presentations, and drive the sales funnel to convert prospects into clients.

You will build strong client relationships, negotiate effectively, and maintain a robust pipeline by leveraging networks. The role includes training, professional development, and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
• 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
