Key Responsibilities

Market Research

Conduct in-depth research on AI, enterprise automation, and agentic AI markets. Identify target industries, potential customers, and key decision-makers. Analyze competitors and emerging AI companies to uncover market trends and opportunities. Build and maintain comprehensive prospect and partner lists.

Outreach

Execute targeted outreach campaigns primarily via LinkedIn and email. Identify relevant decision-makers within target organizations and initiate conversations with potential customers and partners. Manage follow-ups, maintain outreach records, and support scheduling of customer discovery calls and product demonstrations. Experiment with different outreach strategies to optimize engagement.

Marketing

Support Agento's LinkedIn and social media presence by researching and developing content ideas. Write posts, articles, and short-form content that effectively communicate Agento's AI concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Assist with case studies, product announcements, and thought leadership materials. Collaborate with technical team members to translate product developments into marketing content.

Partnerships & Programs

Research relevant accelerator and partnership programs and prepare applications along with supporting materials. Identify potential university and industry partnerships and assist with outreach to strategic partners. Explore conferences, events, and AI communities to coordinate Agento's participation in competitions, accelerators, and industry events.

Sales Support

Maintain CRM and prospect databases, track outreach activities and responses, and assist in qualifying leads. Prepare briefing materials for sales and customer meetings. Capture customer feedback and market insights to help identify recurring pain points and inform product and marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with excellent research abilities. Candidates should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with people online. A genuine interest in AI and technology is important, as is the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment is critical.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

A background in marketing, business, engineering, computer science, or related fields is desirable. Experience with LinkedIn outreach, Canva or similar design tools, and digital marketing concepts will be advantageous. Familiarity with CRM tools, social media content creation, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is a plus. Prior exposure to startup, university, or accelerator environments will also be beneficial.
