Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy seeks a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer for a one-year contract in Punjab. The role requires a Master’s degree (Agriculture preferred) and at least three years of MEL experience within cotton or related agriculture projects.

The candidate should have proven ability to design MEL systems, collect and analyze data, and report findings to improve program strategies and outcomes. Preference given to local staff with relevant experience.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Agriculture (preferred) or Social Sciences.
• Knowledge of sustainable cotton production.
• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) within the Cotton Project (preferred) or other agriculture projects.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, evaluate and report on MEL activities for the project.
• Design and manage M&E data collection, verification, analysis and reporting.
• Translate MEL findings into actionable insights to inform project strategies and decisions.
