Job summary

Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer to lead M&E activities, data analysis, and evidence generation for menstrual health and SRHR programs in Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's/Master's in a related field, have at least 3 years of M&E experience, and be proficient in English and Urdu with strong report-writing and donor-reporting skills. Knowledge of feminist principles and youth engagement will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) roles, preferably in menstrual health, SRHR, or gender-focused projects.
• Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated experience in report writing and donor reporting.
• Knowledge of feminist principles, gender equality, and youth engagement approaches will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills.
