Mercy Corps is seeking an experienced Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer for its operations in Lahore. The position will support program quality, accountability, and evidence‑based decision‑making by ensuring robust monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems. The M&E Officer will also serve as the focal person for Community Accountability and Reporting Mechanism (CARM) in the field.
