Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the development/social sector, with at least 2 years with an INGO.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in M&E.
• Strong knowledge of M&E principles and international development standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MEL plans and log frames; align with Mercy Corps’ standards.
• Design and update M&E tools, ensure data collection and analysis.
• Lead the implementation of CARM activities in the field.
