Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks a Manager, Logistics Performance and Support to optimize rider supply chain, inventory accuracy, and SAP Ariba approvals. You’ll work across Operations, Finance, and Procurement to shape product lifecycle, vendor relations, and warehouse efficiency.

You will provide end-to-end analytical support to the local logistics director, project regional initiatives, and drive data-driven improvements for scalable logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Administration, or E-commerce Operations.
• Hands-on proficiency with Shopify Backend and SAP Ariba (or similar ERP/Procurement tools).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex trackers in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL and AI tools experience.
• Experience in the gig economy, Q-commerce, or fast-paced logistics environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional logistics teams on strategic projects.
• Support local logistics director with deep-dive metrics to drive optimization.
• Develop inventory movement plans and coordinate vendor deliveries.
• Ensure data security and alignment between digital catalogs and physical stock.
• Oversee end-to-end inventory backend and cross-functional coordination with Finance and Procurement.
