Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in high-growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Looker to analyze data, uncover insights, and build models.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Incentive Strategy & Governance: Define and optimize rider payment and incentive models across markets while ensuring consistency and financial discipline.
• Financial Impact & Cost Efficiency: Monitor cost-per-order trends and align incentives with profitability targets.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
• Rollout of Models & Automation: Implement regional data science models and tools for rider payments and efficiency.
• Initiative Rollout & Innovation: Introduce innovative techniques to improve rider payment systems and test new pay components.
• Product Collaboration: Work with Delivery Hero’s Central Product team to translate requirements into features and ensure adoption.
• Stakeholders & Market Partnership: Collaborate with operations, finance, product, and market teams to tailor incentives.
