Job summary

Chevron Corporation is seeking a Logistics Specialist at the West Wharf Blending Plant. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and optimizing fleet costs across shifts to ensure efficient distribution operations.

You will enforce HSE compliance, oversee warehouse activities, and support continuous improvement with strong SAP and Power BI skills in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with SAP, Excel and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Warehouse Management: coordinate with Planning for DRP, control finished products, perform daily stock reconciliations.
• Fleet & Cost Optimization: work with suppliers and contractors to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
• Customer Handling: coordinate deliveries and resolve customer issues promptly.
• HSE & OE: ensure compliance, oversee forklift movements, and train staff on basic HSE principles.
• Performance Monitoring: track OTIF, costs per shipment, and drive improvements.
