Qualifications

• Graduation in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, MS Power BI, and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Planning for Distribution Resource Planning.
• Ensure proper control and handling of Finished Products.
• Perform daily stock reconciliation at warehouses.
• Oversee warehouse operations and implement best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors for daily dispatches.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning and Procurement to optimize costs.
• Monitor contractor performance and pursue cost reductions.
• Coordinate with customers for deliveries and resolve issues.
• Ensure HSE compliance and safety standards.
• Track KPIs like OTIF, cost per shipment, productivity.
