GoSaaS is seeking an Oracle Logistics Manager in Lahore to lead design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Logistics solutions for diverse client needs. You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable logistics solutions, drive process improvements, and ensure successful Oracle Cloud deployments.

The role requires hands-on configuration, strong requirements gathering, and leadership to manage multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Job Title: Oracle Logistics Manager

As an Oracle Logistics Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Logistics solutions to support the transportation, supply chain, and logistics requirements of our diverse customer base. This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable logistics solutions, drive process improvements, and ensure successful implementation of Oracle Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oracle Logistics: Implement and optimize Oracle Cloud Logistics solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Logistics Solution Design: Design and configure Oracle Cloud Logistics solutions based on customer requirements, business processes, and operational needs.
• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with customers to understand their logistics and transportation processes, identify gaps, and recommend effective solutions.
• Implementation Management: Manage logistics implementation activities across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Integration: Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Logistics with other enterprise systems.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate client workshops, requirement sessions, solution walkthroughs, and design discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Project & Delivery Oversight: Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure successful implementation.
• Team Management: Coordinate and delegate tasks across project teams and provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior functional and technical team members.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, operational efficiency, visibility, and cost effectiveness.
• Issue Resolution: Act as a key point of contact for logistics-related business and implementation challenges and drive timely resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Oracle Cloud Logistics capabilities and industry best practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud Logistics.
• Proven experience in Oracle Logistics implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Strong experience in Logistics Solution Design and translating business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of logistics and transportation processes and logistics operations.
• Experience managing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional solution design skills.
• Experience working with technical and functional teams on Oracle Cloud integrations.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, project timelines, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to take a hands‑on approach to configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications and integration concepts.
