INTECH Automation Intelligence is hiring a Logistics Executive to join our Project Monitoring and Control team in Lahore. You will ensure seamless planning, coordination, and execution of logistics for domestic and international projects across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, and Manufacturing sectors.

You will coordinate with 3PLs, internal teams, and partners to ensure on-time material availability, accurate documentation, and efficient shipment execution while maintaining compliance with

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments in line with project timelines and material requirements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, courier partners, transporters, and 3PL warehouses for shipment bookings and delivery coordination.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders on shipment status and delays.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Air Waybills, B/Ls).
• Maintain customs documentation and shipment records for different regions.
• Support procurement and project teams to align logistics planning with material requirements.

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Logistics Executive to join our Project Monitoring and Control team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of domestic and international logistics operations supporting complex projects across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, and Manufacturing industries. You will play a key role in ensuring timely material availability, accurate documentation, and efficient shipment execution while coordinating with internal teams, 3PL warehouses, and external logistics partners. What You'll Lead and Deliver

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments in line with project timelines and material requirements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, courier partners, transporters, and 3PL warehouses for shipment bookings, dispatches, and delivery coordination.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders on shipment status and potential delays.
• Generate and evaluate freight RFQs, conduct freight comparisons, and support cost-effective logistics decisions.
• Maintain customs documentation and shipment records for different regions.
• Align shipment schedules with project material requirements to ensure timely availability and dispatch of materials.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement and Project Teams to support effective logistics planning and execution.
• Maintain PO issuance plans and logistics tracking records.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Air Waybills, Bills of Lading, and other relevant documents.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, applicable PTA/type approval requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records to support audits, reporting, and operational tracking.
• Proactively handle urgent shipments and elevate potential delays or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate the resolution of damaged, short, delayed, or discrepant shipments.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination across internal departments and external logistics stakeholders.
• Support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and supply chain operations.

Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments is preferred.
• Exposure to project-based logistics environments and coordination with 3PL warehouses will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics reporting tools is preferred.

Competencies

• Good understanding of logistics operations and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of shipping processes and basic Incoterms.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Familiarity with Dynamics AX, Power BI, SharePoint, or other ERP and reporting tools will be an advantage.
• Strong reporting and record‑keeping capabilities.
