Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger records, journal entries, reconciliations, and account schedules.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims with proper documentation.
• Reconcile bank, customer, and vendor balances; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing, financial statements, and management reports.
• Monitor receivables/payables, follow up on outstanding items, maintain cash-flow records.
• Support tax filings, audits, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with operations to verify shipment-related charges and maintain accurate records.
