Qualifications

• 2 years of proven experience in LinkedIn job applications, resume optimization, ATS keyword alignment, and recruiter outreach/networking.
• Strong understanding of U.S. hiring standards, remote hiring practices, and the tracking & analytics job market.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking, martech, and attribution tools.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for advanced recruiter search, lead targeting, and outreach.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Ability to handle daily high-volume applications accurately.

Responsibilities

• Apply daily to U.S.-based remote jobs on LinkedIn.
• Target roles in tracking, analytics, martech, attribution, and performance data.
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles for maximum U.S. recruiter visibility.
• Customize resumes per job posting using ATS keyword strategies.
• Build and maintain a network of U.S.-based recruiters and hiring managers.
• Send structured outreach messages to recruiters on LinkedIn.
• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential recruiters, hiring managers, and business leads to drive sales opportunities.
• Track and report on applications, recruiter responses, interview invites, and follow-ups.
• Refine application strategies weekly based on callback and interview data.
• Analyze job market trends and competitor profiles to improve application success rates.
