Qualifications

• Proven portfolio of LinkedIn accounts grown with measurable metrics.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithm, formats, and social selling in practice.
• Experience generating real business outcomes from LinkedIn (leads, meetings, pipeline).
• Strong written communication for an executive voice.
• Experience managing multiple profiles (executive + company).
• 3–5 years of hands-on LinkedIn/B2B branding experience.

Responsibilities

• Own executive and company profile management on LinkedIn.
• Plan, write, and publish content to attract target clients and decision-makers.
• Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Engage in comments and DMs to build relationships and opportunities.
• Move conversations toward discovery calls and pipeline opportunities.
• Track LinkedIn performance and refine strategy with leadership input.
• Coordinate with founders and marketing for aligned messaging.
