Role Description

The Life Insurance Agent role at STATE LIFE is a part-time, on-site position based in the Karachi Division. The agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans from the company’s portfolio. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client consultations, explaining policy features and benefits, preparing and submitting applications, and following up on documentation and policy issuance. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, providing policy service and support, and participating in local marketing or outreach activities to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong Insurance Sales and Insurance skills, with the ability to match products to client needs.
• Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and Finance to guide clients on coverage options and financial planning considerations.
• Proficient Customer Service skills to deliver clear communication, empathetic support, and timely follow-up.
• Ability to work on-site in the Karachi Division and engage effectively with diverse clients.
• Basic computer literacy for handling digital records, communications, and policy documentation.
• Prior experience in life insurance or financial services is preferred but not required.
