Job summary

KeyMech Designs is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to lead our multidisciplinary engineering team and own projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate has an Electrical/Electronics background with exposure to Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, prototyping, and product development.

This is a leadership role coordinating engineers, managing projects, and ensuring high quality, on-time outcomes across all disciplines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
8–10 years of relevant professional experience in engineering or product development.
Proven team leadership and ownership of multidisciplinary projects.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience coordinating engineers and designers across disciplines.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial Design.
Translate requirements into clear technical objectives and execution plans.
Assign tasks based on expertise and workload; monitor progress.
Oversee end-to-end project execution from concept to delivery.
Ensure integration of mechanical, electrical, electronics components.
Review designs, prototypes, and technical documentation.
Report status and major issues to CEO/COO.
Establish and improve engineering processes and workflows.
