Job summary

Jobtailor in Pakistan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of events, guiding the full lifecycle from pre-sales handover to post-event closure.

You will provide on-site leadership for project teams, coordinate with development and event setup, and ensure on-time delivery of client requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of events and plan event delivery schedules.
• Own the full event lifecycle from pre-sales handover through post-event closure.
• Provide on-site leadership for project teams and motivate team members to meet goals and milestones.
• Coordinate with development and event set-up teams to deliver client requests on time.
• Report event success criteria, metrics, testing, and deployment activities.
• Establish project management practices and processes to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans.
• Procure resources and manage day-to-day project activities.
• Chair project management team meetings.
• Report milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Coordinate technology, operations, and business interdependencies.
• Ensure technical accuracy, scalability, and event quality with development teams.
