Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) to lead preventive maintenance programs in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. You will own line equipment settings, PM processes, and R&M budgets while developing team technical capabilities.

The role demands advanced autonomous and progressive maintenance knowledge and strong problem-solving skills to drive safety, quality, and cost targets on the Hub line.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of autonomous and progressive maintenance on dedicated equipment.
• Ability to lead line teams and coach technicians in PM execution.
• Experience applying TPM practices and problem-solving tools.
• Capability to develop and manage maintenance plans and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the line's PM programs and centerline settings for equipment.
• Own PM systems, budgets, and R&M cost reduction for the line.
• Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans.
• Coach technicians, build maintenance skills, and drive continuous improvement.
