Job summary

Service Sales Corporation (Pvt.) Limited seeks an experienced in-house counsel to guide senior leadership on corporate, commercial, civil, labour, employment and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance and proactive risk mitigation. You will lead litigation, coordinate with external counsel, and manage disputes before courts and authorities.

You will review commercial agreements, leases and notices, oversee trademark matters, and maintain comprehensive legal records with regular leadership

Qualifications

• LLB with 5–8 years of relevant experience including litigation and contracts.
• Experience in trademark, property/tenancy disputes and corporate exposure.
• Ability to advise senior leadership, draft and review agreements.
• Strong communication, drafting and reporting skills.

Job description

THE ROLE:

• Review and finalize commercial agreements, contracts, leases, tenancy arrangements and legal notices.

• Maintain legal records and provide regular updates to leadership on litigation, disputes, compliance and legal risks.

• Ensure all statutory filings with SECP

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:

• LLB with 5–8 years' relevant experience, including litigation, trademark, contract negotiation and property/tenancy disputes.

• Prior corporate exposure of minimum one year with Large FMCG/MNC is mandatory; comfortable working independently with minimal legal team support.

• Strong communication, drafting and reporting skills, with the judgment to advise senior leadership directly.
