Job summary

ThriveTechEd in Lahore is seeking an Information Technology Instructor to deliver in-person training sessions at our Lahore campus. The role focuses on practical IT skills that learners can apply in the workplace, from computer fundamentals to Windows environments and basic digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person training sessions at the Lahore location.
• Plan and deliver lessons, create instructional materials, and demonstrate software usage.

Role Description

The Information Technology Instructor will deliver in-person training sessions and courses at our Lahore location, focusing on practical IT skills that learners can apply in the workplace. Responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, creating instructional materials, demonstrating software and systems usage, and adapting teaching methods for diverse learning styles. The instructor will provide hands-on guidance in computer fundamentals, Windows environments, and basic digital tools, while supporting learners through assessments, feedback, and one-on-one assistance. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves collaborating with the training team to improve course content, maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Information Technology, including computer basics, operating systems, and common productivity tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training and Teaching, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and engage adult learners.
• Candidates should possess skills in E-Learning and digital instruction methods, including familiarity with online learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with Windows environments, including system navigation, configuration basics, and troubleshooting common user issues.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience as an IT trainer or instructor, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to create simple, step-by-step learning materials.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, along with a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices.
