Job summary

Descon is seeking an experienced HR Operations leader in Lahore to oversee daily HR operations, manage the employee lifecycle, and ensure policy compliance. The role involves coordinating HR audits, leading performance appraisals, and delivering HR reports for management decisions.

The candidate will supervise the HR Operations team, handle complex employee matters, and drive employee development initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day HR Operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave records.
• Coordinate with the audit team during HR audits, provide required information and documentation, and facilitate timely completion of audit activities.
• Follow up on audit observations, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
• Lead the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion, proper documentation, and coordination with department heads and managers.
• Monitor appraisal outcomes and support management in performance improvement and employee development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analysis for management review and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor requirements.
