Silicon Labs is seeking a Lead Software Engineer – Embedded Firmware to drive Bluetooth Classic and BLE firmware for audio features in real‑time environments. You’ll design, implement, and debug firmware in resource‑constrained devices, and help shape product quality across the full development lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and apply AI‑assisted tools to improve productivity and code quality in a fast, iterative workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or CS, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of embedded firmware or wireless software development.
• Strong Bluetooth knowledge: Classic, BLE, and audio profiles.
• Experience with memory- and power-optimized embedded solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools to boost productivity.
