Job summary

Bureau Veritas | Marine & Offshore in Lahore is seeking a Lead Energy Audit professional to oversee ASHRAE Level I & II energy audits for industrial and commercial facilities in the North region. You will conduct site surveys, evaluate HVAC, motors, pumps, boilers, and energy systems, and prepare actionable energy conservation recommendations.

The role requires a BE in Electrical or Mechanical, ASHRAE Level I & II training, and 3–5 years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in energy auditing.
• ASHRAE Level I & II training for energy audits.
• BE in Electrical or Mechanical engineering required.
• Experience with HVAC systems, energy modelling and cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform ASHRAE Level I & Level II energy audits for facilities.
• Conduct site surveys, collect field measurements and assess energy-consuming equipment.
• Evaluate HVAC systems, motors, pumps, compressors, boilers, and lighting systems.
• Prepare technical audit reports and recommend energy conservation measures.
• Support preparation of proposals for energy audit projects.
