Job summary

Nextbridge Global is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to spearhead cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, and deployment initiatives while guiding client discussions. You will partner with engineering and business teams to translate client requirements into resilient technical solutions and support pre-sales activities.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on DevOps expertise with strong communication and problem-solving skills, coordinating across international clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in DevOps/Cloud/SRE.
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Solid Linux/Unix and networking knowledge.
• Programming/scripting in Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Understanding of cloud security and IAM basics.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable, secure cloud infra.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee multi‑cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Implement IaC using Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Deploy containerized apps with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Automate provisioning, config, deployment, and release.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerts, and observability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Drive cost-optimization and performance improvements.
• Lead and mentor DevOps team; engage with clients.
