BlueKarrots is seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead our Final Expense insurance sales floor. You will oversee Team Leads, Closers, Validators, and Retention Specialists to consistently hit sales, quality, and retention targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or Sales Manager in life insurance or high-volume sales.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Solid understanding of Final Expense / life insurance industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience managing KPIs, CRM systems, and performance dashboards.
• High integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Professional attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Previous experience managing Final Expense or life insurance call centers.
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales and retention targets.
• Experience working with U.S. insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Final Expense call center operation.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and KPI achievement.
• Oversee and coach Team Leads, Closers, Validators, and Retention Specialists.
• Monitor conversion rates, close rates, policy issuance, quality scores, and retention metrics.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethical selling practices and carrier compliance guidelines.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-ones, and coaching sessions.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and results.
• Maintain high team morale, motivation, and low attrition.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Compliance, and senior leadership.
• Prepare and present performance reports and forecasts.
• Handle escalations and maintain a professional, high-energy sales culture.
