Job summary

BlueKarrots seeks a meticulous Validator to join our offshore sales and data operations team. You will validate applications, confirm customer details, and issue final expense life insurance policies with integrity and accuracy.

As the last step before policy issuance, you will uphold high standards of professionalism while collaborating with Closers and Team Leads to meet targets and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of life insurance and final expense products.

About the Role

As a Validator at BlueKarrots, you will take qualified final expense insurance sales calls from our Closers and complete the final step of the sales process. Your primary responsibility is to accurately validate the application, confirm all customer details, and issue the life insurance policy while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

You will be the last point of contact before the policy is issued, so accuracy, professionalism, and integrity are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review qualified sales calls handed over by Closers
• Validate all customer information and application details thoroughly
• Confirm coverage amounts, beneficiaries, payment details, and health-related disclosures
• Issue final expense life insurance policies accurately and in compliance with company and carrier guidelines
• Build strong rapport with customers during the validation process
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally
• Maintain complete honesty — never alter, omit, or misrepresent any information on behalf of the customer
• Document all interactions accurately in the system
• Meet daily/weekly validation and issuance targets
• Collaborate closely with Closers, Team Leads, and other departments
• Maintain a professional and calm demeanor under pressure

Requirements

Strong knowledge of the life insurance / final expense industry

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong customer service and rapport-building skills

Solid sales and communication skills

High ethical standards and integrity (non-negotiable)

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Comfortable using computers and CRM/insurance systems

Professional attitude and strong team player

Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy while handling multiple calls

Previous experience in life insurance, final expense, or call center sales/validation

Experience working with U.S. insurance carriers

Proven track record of high customer satisfaction and low error rates
