Job summary

BlueKarrots seeks a meticulous Validator to join our offshore sales and data operations team. You will validate applications, confirm customer details, and issue final expense life insurance policies with integrity and accuracy.

As the last step before policy issuance, you will uphold high standards of professionalism while collaborating with Closers and Team Leads to meet targets and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of life insurance and final expense products.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience with U.S. insurance carriers.
• Ability to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Proficient with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review qualified sales calls handed over by Closers.
• Validate all customer information and application details thoroughly.
• Confirm coverage amounts, beneficiaries, payment details, and health disclosures.
• Issue final expense life insurance policies accurately per guidelines.
• Document all interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet daily/weekly validation and issuance targets.
