Job summary

Legal Aid Society in Karachi is seeking a Project Manager for Grievance Redressal Mechanism to lead an accessible, rights-based grievance support initiative for persons with disabilities.

You will manage inception through delivery, staffing, partner coordination, operational setup, referrals and service quality, coordinating with legal, disability inclusion and technology teams to ensure accessible channels and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Project Management, Public Administration, Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Sciences or related field.
• Four to six years of relevant experience in non-profit/public-service sectors, with GRM or complaint-management exposure.
• Experience working with persons with disabilities and stakeholder coordination is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
