Job summary

Taraki in Karachi is seeking a Last Mile Operations Executive for US logistics to support and optimize delivery operations for US-based clients. The role requires hands-on logistics operations experience, strong coordination skills and excellent English communication, with rotational shifts and a 6-day work week.

You will coordinate drivers, oversee the delivery center, resolve delivery issues, plan routes, onboard 1099 drivers, and monitor load management to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last mile operations.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Strong problem‑solving and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations of the delivery center.
• Resolve delivery‑related issues, delays, and escalations promptly.
• Ensure effective route planning and load distribution.
• Manage and support the onboarding of 1099 delivery drivers as required.
• Monitor and ensure timely and efficient load management.
