• Collect data on land features boundaries and topography using various methods including GPS, EDM and traditional hand tools.
• Prepare accurate field notes and sketches.
• Assist in compiling data and creating maps plans and reports.
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is calibrated properly.
• Follow all safety procedures while working on job sites.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor Assistant to join our team in Khanpur As a Land Surveyor Assistant you will work alongside our experienced surveyors to assist in conducting land surveys and collecting data using various equipment and techniques This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the lead surveyor to assist in conducting land surveys
• Set up and operate surveying instruments such as total stations GPS receivers and levels
• Collect data on land features boundaries and topography using various methods including GPS electronic distance measuring equipment and traditional hand tools
• Prepare accurate field notes and sketches
• Assist in compiling data and creating maps plans and reports
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is calibrated properly
• Follow all safety procedures while working on job sites

Requirements

• Previous experience in land surveying preferred but not required
• Strong aptitude for mathematics and problem-solving
• Familiarity with surveying equipment and techniques
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time in varying weather conditions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Must have own transportation to job sites

Salary $1200 per month part-time with potential for full-time employment
