Job summary

SnapReach Media in Karachi is seeking a Land Surveyor Assistant to support our team on a range of surveying projects. You will work with experienced surveyors to perform field measurements, data collection, and preliminary CAD drawings.

This part-time role welcomes freshers and does not require prior experience, as training will be provided on the job. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Karachi, Pakistan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Experience with surveying equipment is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

This is a part-time position suitable for those without prior experience as training will be provided on the job

• Assist senior surveyors with land surveys and measurements using various tools and equipment
• Help set up and operate surveying instruments such as levels theodolites and GPS receivers
• Collect data and measurements in the field for use in mapping and drafting
• Maintain accurate records of survey data and measurements
• Assist with the preparation of survey reports and maps using computer-aided design CAD software
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent technical training or certification in land surveying is preferred
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as levels theodolites GPS receivers etc
• Basic understanding of CAD software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physically fit to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Salary Starting salary for this part-time position is 1100$ per month
