Job summary

RapidFix Services in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to measure and map land surfaces, determine property boundaries, and provide precise data for construction projects. You will conduct topographic surveys, use GPS and total stations, draft site plans in AutoCAD, and collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate results.

Qualifications

Job description

We are hiring a skilled and reliable Land Surveyor to join our team in Karachi As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land surfaces determining property boundaries and providing accurate data for construction projects

Responsibilities

• Conducting topographic surveys to accurately measure land surfaces
• Identifying and marking property boundaries
• Using specialized equipment such as GPS total stations and aerial photography to collect data
• Preparing detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
• Collaborating with engineers architects and other professionals to ensure accurate site plans for construction projects
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to land surveying
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring proper calibration for accurate results

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Geomatics or a related field
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles techniques and equipment
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD software for drafting site plans
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills and ability to interpret technical information for non-experts

Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position
