Job summary

OPT Link Hub in Lahore is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to identify and engage prospective clients, understand IT and BPO needs, and present tailored service solutions including call center, back-office, and digital marketing offerings.

You will generate leads, conduct sales calls and in-person meetings, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. Maintain CRM records and report on performance while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Strong lead generation, prospecting and pipeline management to identify and qualify opportunities.
• Demonstrated consultative selling and solution-based sales with client relationship focus.
• Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills for IT/BPO solutions.
• Experience using CRM and basic productivity tools to track activities and prepare proposals.
• Knowledge of IT services, BPO, call center operations and digital marketing concepts is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Prior sales/business development/account management experience; business/marketing degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients and understand their IT/BPO needs.
• Conduct sales calls and in-person meetings to present tailored service solutions.
• Deliver presentations and proposals and drive end-to-end sales cycle to contract closure.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
• Nurture relationships with existing clients and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Represent OPT Link Hub professionally at events and client visits.
