Ultimahub is seeking a Senior Lahore Intercultural Communication Programme Coach to deliver in-person sessions and grow our trainer pool in Lahore. You will work with corporate clients across Asia to translate theory into practical workplace guidance.

The role requires strong workshop facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to tailor material to client briefs and participant seniority. Availability for project-based work in Lahore and wider Asia is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable expertise in Intercultural Communication.

This role supports the growth of our Intercultural Communication trainer pool and would suit a credible Programme Coach available for assignments associated with Lahore.

Preferred Background

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject‑matter credibility in Intercultural Communication with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project‑based work linked to Lahore, Pakistan, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Ideal candidates will have worked across business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
