Job summary

Ultimahub is seeking a Senior Lahore Intercultural Communication Programme Coach to deliver in-person sessions and grow our trainer pool in Lahore. You will work with corporate clients across Asia to translate theory into practical workplace guidance.

The role requires strong workshop facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to tailor material to client briefs and participant seniority. Availability for project-based work in Lahore and wider Asia is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable expertise in Intercultural Communication.
• Experience delivering workshops, coaching, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences.
• Evidence of practical business or corporate application of Intercultural Communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision‑making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day‑to‑day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
