Salary starts with PKR 40,000 during probation and ranges PKR 60,000–70,000 per month plus bonuses, with interchangeable evening hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customers, and competitors to guide business decisions.
• Generate leads through various tools and techniques, including lead generation tools and networking.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that support sales objectives.
• Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management, highlighting progress and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Handle inbound queries promptly and convert leads into sales through persuasive communication and negotiation.
