• Enter patient data and test orders accurately into LIS/HMIS.
• Dispatch reports promptly to patients and departments.
• Coordinate billing for test charges and verify payments.
• Coordinate sample flow with lab technicians.
• Provide patient guidance and respond to queries professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and results.
• Handle complaints appropriately.
• Document and file test requests and reports.
• Liaise with OPD/IPD and emergency departments for test-related matters.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
