Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer hardware and network concepts.
• Ability to install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, VOIP, and peripherals.
• Experience with IT inventory management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain classrooms and computer labs to ensure lectures run smoothly.
• Ensure IT equipment (PCs, Projectors, Smart LED, UPS, Audio Systems) is functional before classes.
• Provide immediate technical support during lectures and labs.
• Perform regular inspection and preventive maintenance of classroom and lab equipment.
• Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and academic systems.
