Mimetic Machines seeks a Partnerships Manager to own relationships with sites in Karachi. You will bring in new partners, structure agreements, and ensure every commitment is kept, from initial talks to final payments. You will also run the office to keep field teams backed by orderly paperwork.

Qualifications

• Three to six years in partnerships, sales, procurement, or operations, dealing directly with owners and senior managers in Pakistan.
• Experience taking agreements from first meeting to signature.
• Meticulous paperwork and money management with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build the partner base from first meeting to signed agreement.
• Own the agreements: terms, consent, renewals, and records.
• Keep commitments: payments on time and quick responses to questions.
• Run the office: contracts, payments, and administrative questions with founders and advisers.
• Keep everyone informed: monthly picture of every relationship for founders and partner.
